P&D RECRUITING QUESTIONS

  1. Are you at least 21 years of age or older?
  2. Do you meet one of the following criteria:
    • 1 year of driving experience for a company within the last 3 years or;
    • 3 years of driving experience within the last 5 years or;
    • 5 years of driving experience for a company within the last 10 years?
  3. Are you able to consistently lift 50 lbs or more throughout the day?
  4. Do you have any physical restrictions as far as being on your feet, getting in or out of trucks, or walking up or down stairs?
  5. Have you been convicted of any felonies or misdemeanors in the last 10 years?
  6. Have you had any reckless speeding or endangerment tickets, DUI, DWI, or suspended license infractions on your driving record in the last 7 years?
  7. Would you be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, along with passing random drug screenings along your employment with our company?
  8. Are you able to make it work every morning at 7:30am?
  9. Are you able to commit to working weekends?

LINEHAUL RECRUITING QUESTIONS

  1. Are you at least 21 years of age or older?
  2. Do you have a Class A CDL?
  3. Have you been pulling a semi-tractor trailer for a company for:
    • at least a solid year within the last 3 years or;
    • 3 years within the last 5 years or;
    • 5 years of pulling a semi-tractor trailer for a company within the last 10 years?
  4. Do you have your doubles endorsement? (If not, would you be comfortable getting your doubles endorsement?)
  5. Are you comfortable with night time driving?
  6. Do you have any physical restrictions as far as being on your feet, getting in or out of trucks, or walking up or down stairs?
  7. Have you been convicted of any felonies or misdemeanors in the last 10 years?
  8. Have you had any reckless speeding or endangerment tickets, DUI, DWI, or suspended license infractions on your driving record in the last 7 years?

Compensation based on work experience in freight delivery.
